Wash and chop diagonally winged beans into one inch pieces
Roast and grind peanuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups winged beans
- 4 tbsp powdered roasted peanuts
- 2 red fresh chilies crushed
- 2 tbsp cooking coconut oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 lemon juice freshly squeezed
- Sea salt to taste
Directions:
- Heat the cooking coconut oil in a pan
- Add the turmeric and sea salt and stir, after few seconds turn off the heat
- Add the chopped winged beans, powdered peanuts, crushed red chilies in the pan and mix well
- Add the lemon juice
- Serve hot or at room temperature
Notes:
Peanuts can be replaced with seeds or nuts of your choice. Or cashews and any ingredients of your preference can be added to garnish your dish.
