A talk was delivered at Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University Haiderpara, Siliguri, on Cancer prevention from an integrative perspective on 11th April 2019.

It was interesting interacting on various topics of dis-ease prevention. We discussed on Physconeuroimmunology, i.e., the instant effect of our perspectives and beliefs on our biochemistry especially compromised immunity for cancer initiation and progression.

We also discussed Epigenetics and Nutrigenomics. Getting mutated cancer genes is not a game of Russian roulette, but it’s our lifestyle and behavior, which are the deciding factor to activate the deadly tumor suppressor and oncogenes, which lead to unpleasant cancer outcomes.
