We value your orders. All packages are shipped within 1-3 business days of order receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. International orders are dispatched using DHL Packet Service or Registered Airmail, and delivery times are usually 21 working days. (Due to the present COVID scenario please account for extra courier delivery times, owing to the backlog at airports and flight capacities on which we have no control.)
For international orders, please note Back to Beginnings is not responsible for taxes or customs duties or any brokerage or delivery fees applied to shipments in your country. Before placing the order, please contact your customs office to properly inquire about import regulations of your country, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery at customs. As the buyer/importer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and other duties in your country.
You are responsible for complying with international, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products that you purchase. If customs refuse an order delivery due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Back to Beginnings is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees, or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind from Back to Beginnings.
Damaged, missing or lost packages
For any damaged or lost goods, please contact our customer services at email@example.com within 15 days of estimated delivery time. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to inform us within the stipulated timeframe. If your goods got damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a full refund if the product is returned within 15 days after the delivery date. You must bear return shipping costs. We make every effort to pack your goods securely. On rare occasions, the product may be damaged in transit, which is not in our control. We are not responsible for stolen goods.
