Mung Sprouts and Oats Patties

  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup moong sprouts
  • 1 boiled potato big size
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 green chili
  • 1-inch piece ginger
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powderHimalayan salt to taste

Pulse moong sprouts, oats, green chili, ginger together and keep aside
Mash the potato
Mix all the above together
Add the seasoning along with the coriander leaves
Make patties and roast them in a nonstick pan without oil, (or just a teaspoon of ghee or coconut oil)

Serve with sauce or chutney of your choice

    These turned out delicious and super quick to make. I doubled the recipe, added a sweet potato (as I had only one potato) and baked them. The flavors and textures are great! 🙂
