Detox Green Juice

Yields
2 servings, 500ml each

  • Ingredients
  • 5 stalks of celery
  • 5 stalks of cilantro, parsley or coriander
  • 1 bunch of baby spinach
  • 1 bunch of kale or swiss chard
  • 1 peeled big cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 1/2 piece fresh ginger
  • 1/4 piece fresh turmeric or 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • You may add a shot of fresh wheatgrass and aloevera juice

Directions
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend.
Strain the juice into a glass pitcher to remove the pulp.
Consume fresh and store the balance in a fridge.

Notes
If above ingredients are unavailable always substitute with local fresh produce. Aim to use organic ingredients. If organic is unavailable then clean the ingredients by soaking in apple cider vinegar or sodium bicarbonate. Use clean cloth to wipe, if you use paper kitchen towels be sure to use non toxic chlorine and fragrance free variety.
