Ingredients
- ¼ watermelon (large size )cut into small squares
- ½ cup of cold water
- ½ lime cut into 2 wedges
- 2 – 3 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
- few fresh mint leaves
Directions:
- Remove the seeds of the watermelon
- In a blender blend together watermelon, water, and maple syrup or raw honey
- With your hands crush the mint leaves and the sliced lemon and place them in the glasses
- Add ice (if you wish) into the glasses and pour the watermelon into the glasses
- Stir well and serve
Notes:
- You can use sparkling water in place of normal water
- You may garnish again with mint, lemon, and some coarse sea salt
