Chocolate Chip Mint Ice Cream

Ice cream made from natural ingredients. No added synthetic flavors, colors, and sugar. Enjoy the health benefits of pure real ingredients with your family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 100 grams of organic dark chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk, soy milk, or any nut milk (unsweetened)

Directions:

  1. Add the frozen bananas, mint leaves, and milk in a food processor. Blend for about 4-5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and stir well.
  3. Scoop into cones or a bowl and enjoy.

Notes:

  • If you like it sweeter you may add some dates paste made at home.
  • If you prefer firmer ice cream then place in an airtight container and freeze for about 60-90 minutes before serving.
