Ingredients
- 1 big chopped red capsicum
- 1 big chopped green capsicum
- 1 big chopped yellow capsicum
- 1 cube hard tofu chopped into small cubes
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp thick mushroom soy sauce
- Fresh coarsely ground black pepper
Directions:
- Roast tofu in a hot nonstick ceramic pan till slightly brown and then remove to a bowl
- Add the chopped capsicums to the pan and stir around
- Add both the soy sauces and a bit of water
- Now put back the roasted tofu, sprinkle a little water
- Cover to cook till the capsicums are done (do not overcook)
- Put the coarsely grounded black pepper and mix well
Notes:
It is important to put the tofu into a hot pan, else they stick & break
