Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 or 2 red or green chilies
- 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- ½ bunch of fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp coconut cooking oil or olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- pinch of black pepper, grounded
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the tomatoes, chilies and the peanuts. Leave aside to cool
- Blend together all the ingredients in a blender into a creamy texture
- Water may be added if you prefer a slightly more liquid consistency
Enjoy with your main meal, as a salad dressing or a dip
