Ingredients
- ½ pomelo, peeled and roughly cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut, roasted
- 3 tbsp peanuts, roasted and coarsely crushed
- 1 tsp powdered brown sugar
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Directions:
- Place pomelo in a large bowl
- In a small bowl put all the balance ingredients and mix well
- Pour the mixed ingredients over the pomelo, toss the pomelo pieces lightly to have ingredients mixed evenly with the pomelo
