Pure cocoa from which chocolate is made is considered a superfood as it is rich in antioxidants. Cashews, we all know, are a rich source of vitamins and minerals with healthy fats. Combined with dates for sweetness, which are also high in micro-nutrients and fiber, make a perfect snack for mid-meals energy replenishment or just a healthy alternative to your sugar cravings.

Ingredients
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup pitted dates (soaked in water and drained before use)
- ½ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 2-3 medium-size overripe bananas
- 350 grams dark chocolate preferably organic at with least 85% cacao, chopped
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of raw honey
Directions:
- Put the cashews and coconut flakes together in a food processor and blend into a coarse powder.
- Add in the dates, banana, raw honey, and blend further until dough-like consistency forms or knead with fingers
- Make portions of the batter and roll them into balls and keep them in the fridge.
- Melt the dark chocolate and the coconut oil in a shallow glass bowl in a microwave or melt in a pan on a medium flame.
- Roll the balls carefully in the melted chocolate to cover them with the chocolate.
- Keep in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy
