Ingredients:

  • 1 big ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • Fresh lime juice of half a lime
  • few fresh mint leaves
  • 1 fresh green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • Himalayan salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!

Notes:

  • If you are really into sweet and spicy flavor, add a pinch of red chili powder and/or freshly ground black pepper!
