Ingredients
- 1 cup of hot water
- ½ cup of unsweetened almond, or cashew or soy, or coconut milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ tbsp sunflower seed, almond, or cashew, peanut or coconut butter
- ½ tsp maple syrup or raw honey
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- You may add a pinch of cardamom powder
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy your immune-boosting drink hot.
Notes:
- You can replace cacao with cocoa powder.
