Hot Cacao Cinnamon Turmeric Immune-Boosting Drink

An easy to make immune-boosting hot drink which you can enjoy and benefit your health too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of hot water
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond, or cashew or soy, or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ tbsp sunflower seed, almond, or cashew, peanut or coconut butter
  • ½ tsp maple syrup or raw honey
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • You may add a pinch of cardamom powder

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy your immune-boosting drink hot.

Notes:

  • You can replace cacao with cocoa powder.
