Prep time 5 minutes, setting time in the fridge minimum an hour

Ingredients
- ¾ cup of water
- ¾ cup of coconut milk (unsweetened)
- ¼ cup of chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or extract of your preference
- 1 tsp maple syrup, raw honey or few dates
- Few seeds and nuts of your choice
- Few chopped pieces of your favorite seasonal fresh fruits
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except the seeds, nuts and fruits together and refrigerate for about an hour. If you prefer you may prepare at night and leave it in the fridge to have it the next day as breakfast.
- Before consuming top with your favorite seeds, nuts, and fruits.
