Banana Strawberry Ice cream

Ice cream made from only two natural ingredients. No added synthetic flavors, colors, and sugar. Enjoy the health benefits of pure real fruits with your family and friends.

2-3 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized bananas sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup of strawberries frozen
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk or any nut milk

Directions:

  1. Add the frozen bananas, strawberries, and milk in a food processor. Blend for about 4-5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy.

Notes:

  • If you prefer firmer ice cream then place in an airtight container and freeze for about 60-90 minutes before serving.
  • If you wish to have small chunks of strawberries in your ice cream then add about ¼ strawberries towards the end of your blending.
  • If you wish drizzle some homemade chocolate sauce on your ice cream or garnish as you wish.
