Ingredients:
- 2 cups cashew yogurt
- 1 beetroot
- ½ cup soy milk
- a small bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Spices for flavor; coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and back salt
Directions:
- Grate a beetroot into your serving bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, mix, and serve.
Notes:
- Use any yogurt of your preference, do not use non-fat yogurts.
- Use any milk of your preference, do not use non-fat milk.
- Play around with spices of your choice.
- You may keep it in the fridge to serve chilled.
