Beetroot Cashew Yogurt

This dish is super healthy, super fast, and delicious!

Yields:

4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cashew yogurt
  • 1 beetroot
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • a small bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Spices for flavor; coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and back salt

Directions:

  1. Grate a beetroot into your serving bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix, and serve.

Notes:

  • Use any yogurt of your preference, do not use non-fat yogurts.
  • Use any milk of your preference, do not use non-fat milk.
  • Play around with spices of your choice.
  • You may keep it in the fridge to serve chilled.
