Ingredients
- 4 cups of flattened rice red or white, roasted
- 1 cup of peanuts, roasted
- ¾ cup of raisins, roasted
- ½ cup melon seeds, roasted
- ½ cup of sunflower seeds, roasted
- ½ cup of pumpkin seeds, roasted
- ½ cup of almonds, roasted and chopped
- ½ cup of cashews, roasted and chopped
- ½ cup of corn flakes, unsweetened
- ¼ cup flax seeds, roasted
- ¼ cup wheat germ
- 1 tbsp black mustard seeds
- 1-2 tbsp coconut cooking oil, ghee, or oil of your choice
- few fresh curry leaves, roasted
- Himalayan salt to taste
- cayenne powder to taste
- mango powder to taste
- black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Roast flattened rice and curry leaves together.
- Roast the nuts, seeds, and raisins together. Do not roast the mustard seeds
- In a small pan heat the oil and put in the mustard seeds. The moment they start to pop remove the pan from the heat
- Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl and pour the oil and mustard seeds on it and mix well.
- Add more spices if you prefer it spicier.
- Eat immediately or store in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you wish.
