Coleslaw Salad

4 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white raw cabbage, shredded
  • 3 cups carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup of vegan mayonnaise or coconut yoghurt or Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp mustard paste
  • 1 tsp black pepper, grounded
  • If you prefer you may add some maple syrup or honey

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
  2. Cover bowl and refrigerate for about 3 hours
  3. Serve along with your main dish and enjoy

Notes:

  • You can add red cabbage, apples, pineapples, pomegranate seeds or any fruit you fancy may go along well.
