Ingredients
- 3 cups white raw cabbage, shredded
- 3 cups carrots, shredded
- 1 cup of vegan mayonnaise or coconut yoghurt or Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp mustard paste
- 1 tsp black pepper, grounded
- If you prefer you may add some maple syrup or honey
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for about 3 hours
- Serve along with your main dish and enjoy
Notes:
- You can add red cabbage, apples, pineapples, pomegranate seeds or any fruit you fancy may go along well.
