Vegetarian Sushi

  • 1 Cup cooked sushi rice
  • 4 Seaweed sheets
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds white
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds black
  • 1/2 avocado cut into small strips
  • 1/2 carrot cut into small strips
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper cut into small strips


  • Mix together soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and sesame seeds with the rice (rice must be cool)
  • Put one seaweed sheet on a bamboo mat and spread the mixed rice on top
  • Place the cut vegetables on the rice at the lower edge
  • Roll the Sushi and cut into the desired size
  • Serve with fermented ginger and soy sushi sauce with wasabi
