Ingredients
- 1 Cup cooked sushi rice
- 4 Seaweed sheets
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds white
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds black
- 1/2 avocado cut into small strips
- 1/2 carrot cut into small strips
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper cut into small strips
Directions:
- Mix together soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and sesame seeds with the rice (rice must be cool)
- Put one seaweed sheet on a bamboo mat and spread the mixed rice on top
- Place the cut vegetables on the rice at the lower edge
- Roll the Sushi and cut into the desired size
- Serve with fermented ginger and soy sushi sauce with wasabi
