Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped kale or any green leave of your choice
- 1/4 carrot chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped celery stalk
- 2 chopped gooseberries or any berries of your choice
- 1/2 green apple or guava chopped
- 1 small chopped cucumber
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh turmeric
- 2 cloves
- 4 pepper corns
- 2 tsp wheatgerm
- 1 tbsp grounded flax seed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh aloe vera gel if available
- 2 tbsp instant oats
- 1/2 tsp sesame or chia seeds
- 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
Notes:
You may add water or ice cubes as per your preference
