Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped kale or any green leave of your choice
  • 1/4 carrot chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery stalk
  • 2 chopped gooseberries or any berries of your choice
  • 1/2 green apple or guava chopped
  • 1 small chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh turmeric
  • 2 cloves
  • 4 pepper corns
  • 2 tsp wheatgerm
  • 1 tbsp grounded flax seed
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh aloe vera gel if available
  • 2 tbsp instant oats
  • 1/2 tsp sesame or chia seeds
  • 1 cup soy milk or almond milk

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

Notes:

You may add water or ice cubes as per your preference
