Ingredients

  • ½ cup of cherries
  • ½ frozen medium size banana
  • ¼ cup of almond, soy, or any plant based milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp size fresh ginger piece (optional)
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3-4 ice cubes or water to bend (optional)

Directions

  • Throw all in a blender. Blend well and enjoy
