Ingredients
- ½ cup of cherries
- ½ frozen medium size banana
- ¼ cup of almond, soy, or any plant based milk (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp size fresh ginger piece (optional)
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3-4 ice cubes or water to bend (optional)
Directions
- Throw all in a blender. Blend well and enjoy
