Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced beetroot
- 2 cups vegetables stock
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Boil vegetable stock with sea salt. Add all vegetables and cook for 15 minutes till done. When cooled blend all together in a blender.
Serve hot seasoned with pepper and lemon juice
