Banana Oats Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 medium size ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups soy milk
  • 1 ¼ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well
  2. Heat a non stick granite flat pan, pour the mixture and flatten out into round thin shape
  3. Cook for few minutes on both sides until golden brown
  4. Serve hot and enjoy

Notes:

  • You can replace soy milk with any other nut milks of your preference
  • Enjoy the pancakes with peanut butter, other nuts and seed butters and with berries and cherries
