Ingredients
- 2 medium size ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cups soy milk
- 1 ¼ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well
- Heat a non stick granite flat pan, pour the mixture and flatten out into round thin shape
- Cook for few minutes on both sides until golden brown
- Serve hot and enjoy
Notes:
- You can replace soy milk with any other nut milks of your preference
- Enjoy the pancakes with peanut butter, other nuts and seed butters and with berries and cherries
