Tomato Orange Carrot Smoothie

2 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 big tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1 medium size banana
  • 1 seeded orange
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh aloe vera gel
  • ¼ cup chopped celery stalk
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp instant oats
  • 2 tbsp goji berries, chopped and soaked overnight
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh turmeric
  • 4 pepper corns
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tsp wheatgerm
  • 2 tsp flax seed, grounded

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add water or ice cubes as required and drink fresh.

Notes:

  • Soy milk can be replaced with any plant based milk of your preference
