Mango Coconut Popsicle

Ice cream made from natural fruits. No added synthetic flavors, colors, and sugar. Enjoy the health benefits of pure real fruits with your family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of frozen mangoes
  • 1 ½ cups of coconut milk

Directions:

  1. In a blender blend the mangoes and coconut milk until smooth
  2. Pour the blended mango puree in 6 small paper cups
  3. Insert popsicle sticks in the center of the cups
  4. Place in freezer for about four-five hours until completely frozen
  5. You may add in few mint leaves when blending (optional)
  6. When serving remove the paper cups

Notes:

If you wish to display more talents and create an orange-white marble effect, then please read on

  1. In a blender blend the mangoes and ¾ of the coconut milk until smooth
  2. Pour the blended mango puree in 6 small paper cups
  3. The remaining ¼ coconut milk pour into all the cups around the edges, this will create the marble effect when frozen
  4. Insert popsicle sticks in the center of the cups
  5. Place in freezer for about four-five hours until completely frozen
  6. You may add in few mint leaves when blending (optional)
  7. When serving remove the paper cups

Coconut milk can be replaced with cashew milk or almond milk
