Homemade Choco-Muesli Bars

Natural healthy Power Bars made from grains, nuts, and seeds for your in-between meals snacking when necessary!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups muesli/cereal with nuts and seeds
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp cooking coconut oil
  • 6 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
  • 3 tbsp ground flax seeds

Directions:

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (besides the muesli/cereal)
  • Then add in the muesli/cereal to the mixture and mix well
  • Transfer the mixture onto a square pan lined with parchment paper and press down flat
  • Freeze for 2 hours
  • Cut into rectangular shapes and serve and enjoy

Notes:

  • You can use your favorite muesli/cereal or rice puff cereal of your choice. Your cereal can come with nuts, seeds, and dried fruits or you add dried fruits and seeds separately.
  • You can use the butter of your choice. Peanut, cashew, or almond.
  • If maple syrup is not available you can use raw honey or dates paste.
