Ingredients
- 1-1½ cup fresh tomatoes chopped (soak in water for two hours before chopping)
- ¼ cup raisins or soaked dates with seeds removed
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar or normal vinegar
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- As per your preference, you can add a pinch of black pepper, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and ginger
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed adding water if needed to attain a creamy consistency.
- Serve and enjoy. Leftover can be kept in the fridge

You may garnish with your favorite fresh herbs.
