Ingredients
- 3 tbsps white milk butter or coconut butter
- 2/3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/1/4 cups of shredded coconut (unsweetened)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 165°C (329°F)
- In a saucepan over low heat mix to blend together the butter, honey, cinnamon and cloves
- Remove mixture from the saucepan and mix very well together with the shredded coconut using a spatula
- Make little mounds, the size of a tablespoon and place onto the baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let them cool off
- Once cooled if they are crumbly freeze them before serving
- You can play around adding spices of your choice
