Ingredients
- ½ cup cashews soaked in water overnight
- 2 cups of water
- 2-3 pitted dates
- pinch of sea salt (optional)
Directions:
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews
- In a blender churn the water, cashews, dates and sea salt for 3-5 minutes at high speed, until creamy and smooth
- Refrigerate if you wish to enjoy it chilled
Notes:
If you need unsweetened milk avoid the dates. For a flavoured milk add cardamon, cinamon and/or vanilla as per your preference. Can also be used with cereals, oatmeals, smoothies, coffee and tea. Stays well for 5-6 days when refrigerated.
