Capsicum Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

  • ½ green capsicum, chopped
  • 1 bunch 100 grams of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 or 2 green chilies as per your preference
  • 1 lemon, freshly juiced
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt, or as per preference

Directions:

  • Blend together all the ingredients in a blender into a creamy texture
  • Add water for the consistency you prefer

Enjoy with your main meal, as a salad dressing or a dip
