Ingredients
- ½ green capsicum, chopped
- 1 bunch 100 grams of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 or 2 green chilies as per your preference
- 1 lemon, freshly juiced
- 1 tsp jaggery
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt, or as per preference
Directions:
- Blend together all the ingredients in a blender into a creamy texture
- Add water for the consistency you prefer
Enjoy with your main meal, as a salad dressing or a dip
